Our
reservations centre is located at our Wildey Office.
Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm,
Saturdays 8:30am to 12:30pm.
Our Wildey Office is closed on Sundays and Holidays.
Grantley
Adams International Airport
Our
Airport office is the only authorised Car Hire operation at
that location.
Our office is open seven days a week from 7:00am to 10:00pm.
We close on December 25th.
Worthing,
Christ Church
Our
Worthing office, along the Island's South Coast Tourist belt.
O pen Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm,
Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:30pm,
closed on Sundays and Holidays.
Driver
Requirements
Drivers
must be between the ages of 21 years and 65 years with a minimum
3 years driving experience. Drivers between 21 and 25 years
must take one of our CDW options. CDW is accessed at double
the normal rate for drivers between 21 and 25 years .
A
local drivers permit is absolutely necessary and may be obtained
from any of our offices at a cost of US$5.00. This driver's
permit is valid for 1 years.
All
rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Should a class of car booked not be available on customer
arrival customer will be upgraded to the next higher class,
dependant upon availability
Effective
October 01, 2001, All drivers and passengers MUST
wear Seat Belts. Defaulters face a fine of BDS$500.00
Driver
requirements: Drivers must be between the 21 and
70 years of age with a minimum 3 years driving experience,
and a clean driving record.
All drivers will
be required to complete a Drivers Insurance declaration form
prior to the rental of any vehicle. Drivers must satisfy the
minimum requirements on the declaration form. We reserve the
right to refuse any renter.
Additional drivers
are permitted up to a maximum of two per contract and an additional
charge will be levied per day per additional driver.
We
offer three Collision Damage Waiver(CDW)
options for client convenience, they are as follows:
Basic
CDW (BCDW), this option limits the liability of the
driver to a maximum of US$1500.00 in the event of an accident.
Basic
CDW US$11.50 per Day
Liability reduced to US$1,500.00 in event of an accident
Standard
CDW (SCDW), This option limits the driver liability
to a maximum of US$1000.00 in the event of an accident.
Standard CDW US$14.38 per Day
Liability reduced to US$1,000.00 in event of an accident
Premium
CDW (PCDW), this relieves the driver of liability
in the event of an accident.
Premium CDW US$23.00 per Day
CDW
is NOT insurance, and does not cover damage to tyres, rims
or interior components of the vehicle.
CDW is Void where
vehicles are used in contravention of our rental contract.
Customers
refusing CDW may be required to leave a deposit.
Liability:
The insurance on the vehicle shall be covered by the following
jurisdiction clause: The insurance shall be covered by the
laws of Barbados, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction
in any dispute, doubt or question arising hereunder, and in
the event of action, claim and damage by third party under
or by virtue of this insurance, the liability of the insurers
to indemnify in such event shall be limited to judgments delivered
or obtained in the first instance in a court of competent
jurisdiction in Barbados.
Drivers are liable
for all parking tickets, and traffic violations while the
vehicle is in their care. Failure to pay such fines will result
in an administration charge in addition to the total cost
of the fine and legal costs.
Return of vehicle:
The vehicle must be returned promptly at the time stipulated
on the contract failure to return the vehicle on time will
result in the levy of a late charge, not to exceed 50% of
the daily rate on the vehicle for each and every hour such
vehicle is late.
Payment for all
rentals must be by recognised credit card.
Personal Property:
The rental company will not be responsible for loss of or
damage to any property left in or on the vehicle, our premises
or service vehicle.
