Fish Fry- Friday Nites
Not
mad about music, and enjoy a good fish fry? A great way
of mixing with the locals and attending a real Barbadian
institution is to go to the Oistins' Fish Fry
on a Friday night. Oistins is a bustling fishing town on
the South Coast, and is busy most nights, but really comes
alive on Fridays. The evening is so popular that The Barbados
Tourism Authority features a trip to Oistins on a Friday
night in their summer promotional
Bajan
Roots & Rhythms, held at The Plantation Theatre, is
the only dinner and stage show in Barbados designed to
offer visitors a genuine representation of West Indian
