noteworthy is it's location as one of the best wave windsurfing
spots on earth. Life is casual and unhurried in the true Barbadian

As
Inchcape is located where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean
the ocean can look like a pond on one day and can have waves
out on the reef and a shorebreak on one part of the beach.
The eastern half of the beach is usually calm and suited for
swimming and seabathing.

mix of "historical old" with all modern and upmarket
features of modern living in total harmony. The views from
their loft bedrooms and terrace areas overlooking the Caribbean
Sea are breathtaking.

"Courtyard" is the perfect
blend of old and new, offering visitors the charm and elegance
of a traditional 1920's plantation house, combined with the

Gleaming mahogany floors and antique
furniture complement the bright and airyinterior of this beautiful

There is also a large living / dining

"Courtyard's" comfortable living room leads onto
a large covered terrace that overlooks the nearby beach. Constantly
cooled by the gentle tradewinds, this shady spot is the perfect
place for a breezy patio lunch. The property was named after
the attractive enclosed courtyard where lily ponds and lush

The Garden Apartment is a one bedroom,
self contained apartment on the ground floor of House Courtyard.

It has one bedroom, living room, a fully equipped kitchen
and a bathroom which can be accessed from a corridor and is
therefore suited to accommodate up to two additional persons
on it's sleeping couch in the living room.

Two outdoor terrace
areas allow from outdoor breakfast and lunch to romantic alfresco
dining under the stars and also provide for wonderful views
of the ocean and Silver Sands' reef.

Tower
The "Gatehouse"
is nestled amongst tropical plants and trees, and is the perfect
place to hide away and enjoy total relaxation. Beautifully
restored antique combined with modern furniture graces the
interior of this lovely property creating an atmosphere of
style and comfort.

The "Gatehouse" is an impressive
and unique property containing three different upstairs and
downstairs sections. The "Tower" unit is a stylish
and very spacious one bedroom apartment.

This is the "Tower"
apartment.

The "Tower" unit has a secluded patio and a hammock
in it's tropical garden next to it's outdoor terrace and apart
from that also an additional roof terrace which might serve
it's guests as a secluded sunbathing area with undisturbed
privacy.

"Seaview"
and "Coconut" are studios with small kitchens and
a bathroom.

This is the "Seaview"
studio.
All kitchens are fully
equipped and other amenities include satellite TV, CD stereo
system, safety deposit box and a private tel. line.
All three units can
be combined with each other so that the "Gatehouse"
can be used as either a one-, two- or three-bedroom house.
Each unit has it's own terrace offering splendid views of
the ocean.

All "Gatehouse" units can
