Maxwell
Park Apartments are newly constructed and offer very
reasonably priced family sized accommodation.
They comprise four spacious 2 bedroom apartments arranaged
on two floors. The units are fully self contained each
with either a balcony or patio, and can comfortably
sleep up to 4 persons per apartment. |
Located on the popular south
coast, Maxwell Park apartments are only
a 2 minute stroll away from the beach at Maxwell,
and 10 minutes walk from Oistins fishing village.
Here you will find supermarkets, banks, restaurants,
pharmacy and souvenier shops and also a number of
traditional Bajan rum shops. Oistin's famous fish
fry on Friday and Saturday nights is also a must
for evening entertainment.

St Lawrence
Gap is a 5 minute drive away for all you entertainment
needs, with a variety of restaurants, bars
and nightclubs there is something
for everone.
There is a regular bus service just
2 minutes from the apartments which travels to Bridgetown
passing on the way St Lawrence Gap, Rockley, Hastings
and Garrison Savannah. |
The
Accommodation
All the
apartments are designed in a similar style and have an open
plan living area with a spacious lounge furnished with a comfortable
sofa and chairs. There is cable TV and a VCR. From the lounge
area double doors lead out to a private balcony or patio with
table and chairs.
Each apartment has a
fully equipped kitchen which includes a large fridge freezer,
stove, microwave, toaster, all crockery, pans, cutlery, glasses
etc.
A breakfast bar divides the kitchen/living area and there
is a
dining table and chairs seating up to four persons.
There is also a separate utility room with washing machine,
iron, and ironing board.
(A starter pack of soap, detergent, sponge, and dishcloth
is also provided).
Each master bedroom
has a double bed with bedside cabinets and lamp. There is
ample wardrobe hanging space. Ceiling fans and a standing
fan. All the windows are louvered and have mosquito screens.
The second bedroom is
equally equipped and has twin beds.
Both
bedrooms share a bathroom which is complete with a hot and
cold shower,
a basin and toilet. All linens, includung one change, and
2 bath towels per person are provided.
(Not beach towels).
