minimum booking based on 2 people sharing a
1 bed and 4 people sharing a 2-bed apartment.

• Single person occupancy in a 1 bed apartment -
20% discount (Summer time only)

• Long Term Summer rental rates on request.

• Special offers are often available so please
phone / fax your requirements for a quotation.

• 25% deposit payable with booking. Balance
payable eight weeks prior to arrival.
Most major Credit cards accepted. Security deposit
may be required.

• Over 8 weeks prior to arrival 10% charge
• Less than 8 weeks prior to arrival 50% charge
• Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% charge
• No shows no refund
