is located on Barbados' fabulous West Coast in Holetown,
St James. It is about 16 miles from the Grantley Adams
International Airport and 6 miles west of the capital
Bridgetown. |
Akiban
villa is ideal accommodation for
a family or group of up to four at very affordable rates.
However six guests can be accommodated as the living
room sofa can be converted to a full size bed. The villa
has its own private enclosed gardens with a patio with
lounge
chairs, as well as a hammock. |

The Location
This lovely 2 bedroom
villa is located in the Sunset Crest holiday resort on
the west coast at Holetown. Akiban villa is within easy walking
distance to the beach at Holetown where there are water sports.
Also in Holetown you
will find a wide varierty of shops, including duty free shopping,
restaurants, banks, supermarket, Doctor's office, post office
and even a gym.

Living Room
The living room is tastefully
furnished with a sofa & chairs and a coffee table.
There is cable TV, a DVD, and stereo radio/CD player.
This room has a ceiling fan.
A telephone is available for
free local phone calls.
(The sofa can be converted
into a double sofa bed).

The master bedroom
The air-conditioned master
bedroom has a queen size bed and has its own ensuite
bathroom equipped with shower, basin and toilet. The
bedroom has a wardrobe and dressers. All linens and
bath towels are provided.

The second bedroom
The second air-conditioned
bedroom is equally well presented and has a bed that
can be made up either as a king size or two singles.
Standing fans in both the bedrooms are also provided.
There is also a second bathroom with additional shower.

The kitchen
|
The well-equipped kitchen contains
a fridge/freezer, full electric stove with
an oven, a microwave, coffee maker
and a toaster. There is a laundry
room situated next to the kitchen,
with a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board.
There is also an outside rotary dryer in the garden.

The verandah
The verandah is stylish arranged
with a dining table and four chairs. There are also
additional lounge chairs for relaxing. This is a very
pleasant area enjoying the view
of the garden.

Terms of Rental
A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the reservation.
The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to the departure date.
Should the reservation be made less than 8 weeks prior to
the departure date full payment must be made when the reservation
is confirmed.
Cancellation of the reservation can only be made in writing
by the person signing the reservation form. In the event that
payment has not been received by the due date, the owner reserves
the right to cancel or re-sell all or part of any reservation
without notice.
The following cancellation charges apply:-
More than 8 weeks before departure: Loss of deposit.
Less than 8 weeks before departure - 100% of the rent due.
The owner accepts no responsibility concerning any accidents,
personal injury, medical conditions or theft while staying
in their accommodation. Any breakage or damage to the owner's
property must be reported and paid for.
As with all holidays, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
