Humming Bird Apartment is situated on the stunning west coast
of Barbados in a peaceful place, just a 3 minute stroll away
from a fabulous white sandy beach where the island’s
most renowned hotel Sandy Lane is to be found. Breath taking
sunsets are not to be missed.
It is level walking distance to wonderful shops, supermarket.
banks, taxi rank even a fast food bar. Some shops are literally
just around the corner. There are fabulous cordon bleu restaurants
in romantic, waterside settings all close by.
ACCOMMODATION:
This delightful compact one bedroom apartment was fully renovated
in 2002 and is situated in a terrace of four, set in communal
gardens. On entry via security gates is a covered verandah
(A good spot to watch the humming birds from!)
Inside, through louvered doors is the open plan living room,
with kitchen and dining area on one side and seating area
on the other.
Kitchen has electric cooker, fridge and cooking equipment.
The room is tastefully decorated with mahogany seating and
coffee table plus cane dining table.

The bedroom has two (42” wide) single beds, which can
be separated or pushed together and modern air conditioning.
A shower room leads off the bedroom having WC and wash basin.
FEATURES:
A multitude of water sports are available, plus many golf
courses prevail, Sandy Lane being the nearest. Take your pick
from horse riding, tennis, swimming with protected turtles,
a day at the Races, or simply relax in the tropical sun! There
is FREE USE of the beach Club’s private, beach-side
swimming pool and bar

Situated in a private quiet niche at Paynes Bay on the prestigious
West Coast – just a ½ mile south of Sandy Lane
Hotel and close to all amenities including watersports, grocery
store and a variety of restaurants.
ACCOMMODATION:
This is a spacious fully-furnished traditional cottage with
its own private entrance. It boasts beautifully polished wooden
floors throughout and comprises a living/dining room with
ceiling fan, breakfast bar,
a reasonably-sized kitchen, bathroom with
shower and shaver point.
The verandah of this fantastic holiday home
overlooks a small attractive garden which directly adjoins
the beach and there are views of the sea from every window.
FEATURES:
The cottage also comes equipped with an extension telephone
in the master bedroom, microwave oven, toaster, ironing board
and iron, barbecue, patio table and chairs, loungers, beach
towels and an automatic washing machine.
Other: AC in all bedrooms / Cable television Dusk to dawn

Located at Fitts Village on the west coast of Barbados, just
south of Crystal Cove Hotel and 3 miles from Bridgetown.
ACCOMMODATION:
The cottage consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom
with shower,
a comfortable living room with a small open
plan kitchenette and a covered terrace where you can dine
overlooking the garden.
FEATURES:
Steps lead down from the terrace to the quiet sandy beach
right outside your door. Cristal’s Beach Bar & Restaurant
is just 75 yds down the beach and there are regular local
buses to all areas of the island just to the rear of the cottage.

Cottage is just ½ mile south of Sandy Lane Hotel on
the beautiful Paynes Bay. It is sited behind Calypso Villa
and is just 20 yards from the beach.
ACCOMMODATION:
Spacious living/dining area. 2 bedrooms (a twin and a double),
a bathroom with shower and tub, and a large kitchen. The bench
seating in the living room can be converted into 2 extra beds
if required. There is a small terrace at the front where you
can dine outside.
