Our signature villa with great rates for a fabulous location – a small garden opens on to one of the best beaches on the island. A popular choice for families and friends.

LOCATION: Situated at the apex of the beautiful Paynes Bay – just ½ mile south of Sandy Lane Hotel on the prestigious St James west coast of Barbados, and close to all amenities including watersports, grocery store and a variety of restaurants.

ACCOMMODATION: A cool, airy sitting room leads on to a terracotta tiled terrace, ideal for long lazy breakfasts and al fresco dining beside a garden with sun loungers. This gives direct access to the beach.

The master bedroom can be kingsize or twin with en-suite facilities and has its own private terrace overlooking the beach. There are another two bedrooms on the upper floor (king or twin) which share a bathroom with shower and tub.

There is a large kitchen with adjacent laundry room plus another twin bedroom on the ground floor with a third bathroom and shower.

ALMOND TREE VILLA

Close to everything you could possibly want! Large fenced garden and secluded patio.

LOCATION: Situated in Flamboyant Avenue in the residential complex of Sunset Crest at Holetown - just ¼ mile north of Sandy Lane Hotel on the prestigious St James west coast of Barbados, and close to all amenities. Walk just 3 -5 mins and you are at glorious beaches, shopping malls and bars or restaurants. Buses run egularly from the rear of the house.

ACCOMMODATION (Sleeps 4 -6 people)
A cool, airy sitting room leads on to an east facing terracotta tiled terrace which remains cool throughout the day. There is a dining area to the rear of the sitting room with a hatch through to the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with a

ceramic hob and all electrical appliances.

The large master bedroom (18' x 14') has a queen size bed plus a "daybed" with a rollaway underneath and has an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. The twin room has a bathroom in the hall with a large shower. Both bedrooms have split level quiet air conditioning and the master bedroom also has a ceiling fan with remote control.

PRUDENCE HOUSE
Prudence House
Old Queens Fort, St. James

Prudence House has an interesting history. Formerly owned by Laura, Duchess of Marlborough, in her autobiography she speaks fondly of Prudence and "Randolph Churchill, to whom we lent Prudence one year for Christmas when his health was failing, 'liked it very well' to use his own words."

LOCATION: Prudence is situated in a private road on the West Coast of Barbados in the Parish of St James. It is set 150 yards from the beach, accessible by footpath between the Colony Club and Glitter Bay Hotels. The Coral Reef and the Royal Pavilion are a few minutes walk along the beach and they all welcome non-residents to their Beach Bar and Restaurant facilities.

Holetown is 3 minutes by car and Bridgetown is 20 minutes.

THE HOUSE
Prudence is built of coral stone in the traditional Barbadian style, and set in ¾ acre of secluded tropical gardens. The large main garden and 45 foot long free form pool are surrounded by trees and shrubs offering total privacy.

The house is on one level and comprises:

* The Blue Bedroom
King size bed with bathroom en suite

* The Mahogany Bedroom
Twin beds adaptable to kingsize with
shower room en suite

* The East Bedroom
Three single beds with bathroom ensuite

* Garden Cottage Suite
Double bed, dressing room with fridge,
tea/coffee making facilities, large shower room
(All bedrooms have the latest near silent remote control air-conditioning units)

* The Dining Room
The table seats 8 comfortably and this room also has a satellite TV viewing area.

* The Garden Room
A beautifully spacious open area overlooking the garden and pool. An ideal spot for lounging during the heat of the day and evenings. A circular coral stone dining table graces this delightful area and seats 8-10 people. It is the perfect spot for a long lazy lunch.

* The Kitchen
Well equipped with a large freezer (for those bringing 'English' supplies)
Normally only used by the staff.

SECURITY:
The house is totally secure with a large gate and attractive wrought ironwork plus an alarm system. There are security gates between the Garden room and Dining room.

STAFF:
The house is managed during your residence and included in the quoted price is a Housekeeper/Cook and a Maid. Meals will be prepared to your specifications (within reason) and a Gourmet Chef and Butler can be arranged at an extra cost for those special nights if you wish to entertain or require a more International Flavour. Rooms and laundry are dealt with on a daily basis. Hire cars and baby sitting services can be arranged.

AIRPORT ARRIVAL & TRANSFER:
The tariff includes being greeted at the airport by our personal driver in either a car or mini bus at our expense and we hope you will enjoy your complimentary dinner at Prudence on the first night of your arrival. We can also arrange for some advance grocery shopping to be done for you.
