lovely first floor apartment is located in the Sunset
Crest holiday resort on
the west coast at Holetown. It is adjacent to the prestigious
Sandy Lane Estate and Golf course. The apartment
is within easy walking distance to the beach at Sandy
Lane or at Holetown where there are water sports. |

Also in Holetown
you will find a wide varierty of shops, including duty
free shopping, restaurants, banks, supermarket, Doctor's
office, post office and even a gym. You will have use
of the Baku Beach Club pool for swimming,
which also has a dive shop, bar, restaurant and direct
access to
the beach. |

Accommodation

Cherry Garden apartment has
a fully equipped kitchen complete with all modern
appliances to include a large fridge freezer, microwave
oven, stove, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker
and all crockery, pans, glasses, cutlery etc. There
is a breakfast bar which has ample cupboard space
above, and this divides the kitchen and dining area.
There is seating at the dining table for 4 persons.

This spacious AC room opens out to a lounge area with
a sofa, chairs and coffee table. From the lounge double
doors open onto the balcony with table and chairs. The
apartment also has cable TV, VCR, and radio. There is
a telephone for local calls only. |
The apartment features two
air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a
queen size bed. There is a bedside cabinet and lamp
and a fitted wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.
There is an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower
and toilet.
