cliff is a spacious open plan, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom,
holiday villa
located in Maynards, St Peter on the west coast of Barbados
and provides privacy without being isolated. It was built
on the old Maynards sugar plantation overlooking the picturesque
Caribbean coast.

The location
The nearest beach is
a 10 minute walk to Six Men’s Bay. There are also other
beautiful west coast beaches nearby at Mullins and Heywoods.

Near to the town of
Speightstown, is the wide quiet beach of Heywoods ideal for
swimming, and smaller rock-enclosed pools that are perfect
for children to wade in. The shallow reefs are good for snorkeling,
and other watersports are available nearby at Mullins.
Speightstown is located
2 miles to the south and provides a full range of shopping
facilities, restaurants, banks and an internet café.
Holetown is 4 miles
to the south, and has a large supermarket and shopping mall,
duty free shops, as well as a variety of restautants, bars,
and nightlife.
Bridgetown, the capital,
is 12 miles to the south.
The airport is 20 miles
away.

The open plan and cool
living area on the west side has double sliding windows which
open onto the large patio.
The
Patio
On the south side there
are doors which fold completely to open up the the dining
area with seating for up to 12 people.
The spacious kitchen
with a walk-in pantry is fully equipped with an electric oven
and hob, large fridge/freezer, kettle, and slow cooker. The
adjacent utility room has a sink, washing machine, iron and
ironing board. There is also a gas BBQ.

The second large double/twin
bedroom, is in the north wing, with an overhead fan and en-suite
bathroom.
