and Villas are located in Sunset Crest, on Barbados' beautiful
west coast. Sunset Crest offers affordable Villas and Apartments
in a unique complex that is spread over 130 acres. All of
our Apartments are within walking distance to the beach and
private community pool.
While the prices at most of Barbados' West
Coast Hotels may make them the preserve of the rich and famous,
their near-neighbour, Sunset Crest, offers much more budget
conscious rental rates.
The total cost of your accommodation at Sunset
Crest could be less than just the tax and gratuities at a
neighbouring hotel!

Sunset
Crest offers a number of Cottages and Apartments that provide
comfort and convenience all in the middle of paradise.
Detached two and three bedroom cottages each
standing in its own grounds of 8,000 - 10,000 square feet
and consisting living/dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen
and patio.

Excellent kitchen facilities to provide you
with all the comforts of home.
Additionally, each bedroom is fitted with individual
air-conditioning units that are token operated. Tokens may
be purchased from reception at a cost of US$5.00 each and
each token will operate an air-conditioner for twelve hours
of selected time.
All units have telephones and local calls are
without charge and limitless. Overseas calls must be placed
from the reception office unless being made "collect"
There is also a daily "hotel-type" maid service
and periodic linen and towel changes provided, although beach
towels are not provided. Plus, most units have in-room electronic
safes which are available for rental.

There is also a wide
range of facilities around Sunset Crest that are available
to all of our guests. Here is a taste of what Sunset Crest

Tennis:
Day and night hardcourt tennis is available, payable locally.
Golf:
Golf access is available at the nearby Sandy Lane Golf Course.
This course is scenic yet challenging and offers breathtaking
views of the shimmering Caribbean Sea!
Watersports:
Watersports is available on the beachfront, just a few minutes
walk from Sunset Crest.
Scuba Diving:
Enjoy scuba diving and snokeling action at the nearby dive
shop.
Activities:
Island tours and excursions, deep-sea fishing and horseback
riding can all be easily arranged.
Shopping and Location:
Within the Sunset Crest complex are two shopping centers which
include a supermarket, restaurant, banks, pharmacy, boutiques,
and a small department store offering duty-free shopping.
For additional convenience there is a Mini-Mart that is open
8am to 10pm daily. Other restaurants and shops abound in the
immediate environs. The apartments are approximately 16 miles
from the Grantley Adams International Airport and 6 miles
from the capital city of Bridgetown.
Gym:
Keep in shape with a workout at the nearby gym.
Swimming Pool:
The Sunset Crest Beach Club (now known as Baku Beach Club),
located just a couple of minutes walk from the Complex, offers
a beachside freshwater swimming pool.
(NB. There are major renovations being carried out,
due to finish late 2007)
Dining & Entertainment:
Within a few minutes walk of the Complex, you will find several
local bars, and dining options from fast food to 4 star restaurants.
Also a short stroll away is The Baku Beach Club, which offers
2 restaurants, a nightclub, and a beach bar.
